Full Moon Magic

Summoned, we come

the brightness of her light pierces the dark sky,

illuminating our inner corridors

revealing what is now complete

ready for release into

the fullness of her ample embrace.

Unrelenting, her gentle gravitational draw

works its magic clearing away

what no longer serves

to burn in the fires of dissolution

flames of surrender

warm our hearts with sweet liberation.

Ashes of the old return to the earth

making way for a new emergence

preparation for the Phoenix rising

on the cusp of her waning-waxing power

with gratitude, we honor

her magical ways and rhythmic cycles.
